Ceramag G-25
Ceramag is the worlds finest hazardous area power generator. It gives all the advantages of operating with electronic controls, monitoring and communications with none of the limitations or expense of other conventional energy sources.
The Ceramag generators design and rugged construction will provide a reliable source of power to all the electronic controls used on today’s natural gas compressors, without consuming sales gas as with thermal electric generators, or the high price of equivalent solar systems.
Ceramag generators are designed to fit any new or existing gas compression package. Installation kits are available for both engine side and cooler plenum installations. The generator will provide full rated output over a wide speed range. It is ideal for use on engines where wide RPM fluctuations are a common occurrence.
The power supply / charger included with the Ceramag generator gives accurate DC voltage and current control from 12-30 volts DC, up to 25 amps over the entire generator speed range. Making it the perfect choice for all control systems.
The Ceramag is belt driven from any rotating shaft such as a drive shaft or cooler fan shaft. Cables are run from the generator through a suitable disconnect to the power supply / charger, its that simple.
Installation assemblies are individually pre-configured at our factory to fit your specific equipment. Control packages are available completely pre-wired and certified to your specifications, ready for immediate mounting and hook-up.
Hundreds of compressors around the globe rely on the power provided by Ceramag generators. Ceramag generators originally installed over two decades ago are still in continuous service today.
